Healthy Pumpkin Latte

Colder weather often leaves me craving a warm pumpkin latte. However, most popular coffee shops have their pumpkin latte recipe filled with artificial junk and way to much sugar. So, I decided to make my own version that is delicious, easy to make, healthy, dairy free, and sweetened only with a little stevia.

Here’s the recipe so you can enjoy this yummy treat too.

Here’s what I used for this recipe:
Farmers Market Organic Pumpkin, 15 Ounce (Pack of 12)
Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk, 13.66 oz (Pack of 6)
Simply Organic Cinnamon Ground Certified Organic
Simply Organic Nutmeg Ground CERTIFIED ORGANIC
Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia, 1 Gram Packets, 75 Count
Cuisinart CSB-75BC Smart Stick 200 Watt 2 Speed Hand Blender

Ingredients
  1. 14 oz of dark roasted coffee, brewed strong or to your liking
  2. 1 heaping tablespoon of organic canned pumpkin, room temperature
  3. 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  4. 1 packet of stevia extract
  5. few shakes of cinnamon
  6. one shake of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Blend everything together with an immersion blender. Pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy the frothy goodness!
  2. Bonus: Top with your favorite dairy free whipped cream and a little sprinkle of nutmeg.
